Programs

ProgramsJudy has given many presentations for groups like Kiwanis, PEO, and school assemblies.  Most recently she has participated in the Folsom Lake Community Concert Series Outreach Program. She leads sing-a-longs for many assisted living facilities in the area (Emmeritus, Aegis, and small residential care facilities.) The seniors come alive with memories of the old songs.

Testimonials . . .

Our P.E.O. Chapter has a program before each meeting.  On the day Judy Phillips came to visit us, we had the largest turn out of members we had ever gathered.

Once Judy began to play, the entire group was enthralled.  Not only did she play a variety of music pieces, Judy showed us how the harp works and even demonstrated with one of our members how a piano player could easily pick up the harp and play.

Everyone in our Chapter agrees that the program was our best ever.  The melodious harp left us feeling at peace and harmony.

Judy Phillips possesses a special gift for sharing her love of the harp with audiences.  Her playing is varied and beautiful, her discourse about the instrument is informative, and the way she involves participation by others is delightful.

The concert presentation kept the attention of the audience 100% of the time.  Allowing every student the opportunity to actually play the harp strings was the “icing on the cake.”

Judy had a wonderful balance between demonstrating the harp and teaching about it.  The children were absolutely enthralled.
